RIAT for many people is about seeing the planes close up and recording the moment with their camera. Fairford Airshow Camping is a short walk from RAF Fairford to see the static displays, or to watch the planes landing from inside, or outside the perimeter fence.

However, for those who also want a little down time, our location allows you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings, some food or drink while the planes come to you. See them coming in overhead as they come to land, and watch the aerial displays just above you.

You don't even need to move from your chair!
