Cancellations
If you cancel your booking within 6 weeks of your camping start date, no refund will be issued. We recommend that you purchase appropriate travel insurance to cover any foreseen circumstances. If you wish to cancel more than 6 weeks before your arrival date, we will refund the cost of the stay less a £10 administration charge. You can change or cancel your booking here. You will also find a link on your confirmation email. Alternatively contact us for cancellation processing.
Cancellation of RIAT
This campsite is not affiliated to the organisers of the Royal International Air Tattoo. Should the air displays be shortened, cancelled, postponed or delayed, no refunds will be issued. If the entire RIAT event is cancelled within 6 weeks of the start date, we will not be able to provide a refund. Before this time, refunds will be subject to successful negotiations with our suppliers.
Our Campsite
In choosing to book a stay at Fairford Airshow Camping you are accepting that this is a pop up site. This means that facilities requiring an electricity supply will be concentrated around the reception area of the site and that all toilets are portaloos.

Please be aware that you will be staying on a working farm with many natural hazards. Whilst we take all reasonable steps to manage these hazards, you must take responsibility for the safety of yourself and any members of your party. In particular, please do not camp or park under trees.
Wet Weather Plan
If the weather is deemed by the site manager to be extremely wet, motorhomes and other vehicles with a weight of 3.5t or over will be required to park in fields with paved road access. Any other customer who wishes to drive in out of the campsite during the show may also be required to use these fields. Vehicle use around the site may also be limited.
Rules
Booking a stay at the campsite means that you agree to abide by the rules of the campsite, as displayed in reception. To summarise:
All guests are expected to maintain a high standard of conduct at all times.
Drug use will not be tolerated. Anyone found contravening this rule, or suspected to be contravening this rule, will be required to leave immediately.
Under no circumstances do we allow anyone who is listed on the sex offenders' register to stay.
Any guest who we believe is endangering their own safety or that of others, or who is spoiling other guests’ stays, will be required to leave immediately, without a refund.
Generators are only permitted in certain areas of the site – please let reception know if you will be using one, in order that we can direct you to the correct field. Please only use them between 8.00am and 10,30pm.
Please maintain the camp quiet hours of 2330hr until 0630hrs.
Quiet fields are intended to be quiet. Please do not choose a quiet pitch unless you are able to be quiet.
Conversely, please do not pitch on the lively or general camping fields if you are hoping for quiet. Those seeking total silence will probably find that our village is not the place to be at a time when over 150,000 people arrive to watch the world’s largest (and extremely noisy) military airshow.
Please use the skips provided to dispose of rubbish.
No fires. BBQs to be at least 12” off the ground. Disposable BBQs are strictly not permitted
We reserve the right to move any tents, caravans, motor homes or cars should we deem it necessary.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone we believe may endanger operators, staff and guests.
Arrival & Departure
The campsite will open on Monday 12th July at 9am. It will close on Monday, 21st July at 1pm. Monday night 21st July stays are subject to availability and will only be possible on certain fields – please tell reception on arrival if you would like to stay on Monday 16th. If available, pay at the gate.

Gates and reception will be open daily from 6am until 10pm. There will be no admission outside of the times.

If you arrive for camping on Saturday 12th or Sunday 13th please be aware that due to cost constraints not all facilities will be fully operational until Monday 14th. This means that not every field will have all of its portaloos and that not all of the shower blocks will be working. If this is likely to cause you concern please book to arrive from Monday 14th July onwards.

On booking, please be aware that you are staying on a working farm. This means that not all of the ground is level. If you prefer hardstanding and roads, this is not the campsite for you.

If the weather is extremely wet it will not be possible to drive to all of the pitches, and we recommend that you bring a wheelbarrow or trolley to transport your belongings.
Losses and Damage
We do not accept liability for loss or damage to personal effects or for personal injury or accident and we suggest you make suitable insurance arrangements to cover these.
Complaints
Great effort is made to maintain the highest standards for our guests. Should you experience a problem, please contact reception during your stay so that we can arrange for things to be put right.
Pets
Well behaved dogs are welcome at the campsite, subject to the following. Please keep dogs on a long lead to avoid disturbing the livestock and wildlife on the farm. Please pick up after your pet and make sure that it does not cause disturbance to other guests.
